WEIGHT LOSS

This program is designed to increase your everyday activity by introducing you to creative methods that are going to challenge your body and mind while increasing your metabolic system (Fat Burn) & Muscular system (Build Muscle). By completing the AS212 Weight Loss Program you will have experienced the best way to burn fat and build lean muscle all over the body.

For optimum results, a nutrient dense diet with this program should be added.

 

STRENGTH & TONING

This program is designed to increase your strength while keeping your body fat percentage down, by introducing you to creative methods that will challenge your body and mind. This AS212 Program use resistance training, body weight and Full Range of Motion with enable the body to increase strength across multiple plans giving you a defining look. 

For optimum results, a nutrient dense diet with this program should be added.

 

WEIGHT LOSS & STRENGTH & TONING

VIDEO TRAINING PROGRAMS

4-WEEK PROGRAM

All participants should complete the first 5 days consecutively with a goal in mind to do 3 rounds in the first week. 

Moving towards the second week, your goal should be to increase your rounds, your equipment weight and your timing on completing the rounds.

BOXING
